1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between SwingUp Coaching Ltd. and its customers concluded via the website www.su-coach.com.
2. Services
Digital products (e.g. e-books, PDF guides, journals, checklists) are available for download immediately after payment.
Coaching and consulting services take place at individually agreed times.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices in euros. Payments are made using the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., Stripe).
4. Right of withdrawal for digital products
When purchasing digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as the execution of the contract has begun – i.e. with the start of the download or the provision of the digital content – provided that the customer has previously expressly agreed and confirmed that he or she will thereby lose his or her right of withdrawal.
5. Right of withdrawal for coaching / services
For coaching and services, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. However, this right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully provided within the withdrawal period or if performance has begun after the customer has expressly consented and is aware that this would result in the loss of their right of withdrawal.

The coaching offers do not constitute psychological or medical treatment and do not replace therapy.
The responsibility for implementing the content lies with the participants.
7. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies.
