For me, good resilience means getting better and better at dealing with the many challenges of life—both mentally and physically. One key factor among many others is eating habits.

COLORFUL is important in every respect, not only the colorful diversity of life, thoughts, colors, and nature, but also the wonderful palette of colors that we can give ourselves in the form of food. This is entirely in line with Ayurvedic teachings as a doctrine of healthy living for preventive health care and as a wonderful support in our everyday lives.

For many years, I have been integrating elements of Ayurveda into my life, not as dogma, but because they have been good for me and my own health challenges throughout my life. It's not about perfection, but about feasible rituals that provide stability and joie de vivre.

Studies show that a balanced, nutrient-rich diet improves stress resistance and mental health. For example, a Mediterranean diet reduces the risk of depression by up to 30% (WHO/various studies).

Do something good for yourself in the morning! For example, with warm porridge, spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger), steamed fruit and nuts, and a cup of tea, and see for yourself how much better you feel than with a quick roll from the bakery.

What does your breakfast look like?
