Cancellation Policy

One per person: The free initial consultation can only be used once per prospective client. Booking an appointment: By booking an appointment, you reserve your spot. Please only book if you can attend. Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. Life can sometimes get in the way, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the free consultation. Process: During the consultation, we will work together to determine which package best supports you. All prices and details are listed on the sales page of my website. Special: If needed, we can create a customized package tailored to your specific situation – depending on availability and my schedule.
