General Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between SwingUp Coaching Ltd. and its customers concluded via the website www.su-coach.com.
2. Services
Digital products (e.g., e-books, PDF guides, journals, checklists) are made available for immediate download after payment.
Coaching and consulting services take place at individually agreed-upon times.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices in euros. Payments are made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., Stripe).
4. Right of withdrawal for digital products
When purchasing digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as the performance of the contract has begun – i.e., with the start of the download or the provision of the digital content – provided that the customer has previously expressly agreed and confirmed that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
5. Right of withdrawal for coaching / services
For coaching sessions and services, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion of the contract. However, the right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period or if performance has begun after the customer has expressly consented and is aware that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

The coaching services do not constitute psychological or medical treatment and do not replace therapy.
The responsibility for implementing the content lies with the participants.
7. Applicable Law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies.
