Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between SwingUp Coaching Ltd. and its clients via the website www.su-coach.com.
2. Services
Digital products (e.g. e-books, PDF guides, journals, and checklists) are made available for immediate download after successful payment.
Coaching and consulting services are provided on individually agreed dates.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices and stated in euros (€). Payments are processed using the payment methods available on the website (e.g. Stripe).
4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
When purchasing digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun – for example, when the download starts or the digital content is made available – provided that the customer has expressly consented to the immediate commencement of performance and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Coaching Services
Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
However, the right of withdrawal expires if the coaching or service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period or if performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.
6. Disclaimer
The coaching services offered by SwingUp Coaching Ltd. do not constitute psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment and are not a substitute for therapy or professional healthcare.
Clients are solely responsible for implementing the knowledge, strategies, and recommendations provided during coaching sessions or within digital products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
